Items purchased during Sales of any kind are not eligible for exchange, returns or refunds.
Prepaid Orders
Refunds for returned prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method. Once the product is picked up and delivered back to us, we’ll initiate the refund within 48 hours. Please allow 7–10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
COD Orders
All approved returns for Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via an Impetus Website Credit only. We do not offer any other types of refunds for COD.
Website Credit Usage on COD Orders
If a credit is applied on a COD order, the remaining balance must be pre-paid. COD will not be available for the remaining payable amount.
Shipping & COD Charges
Shipping fees and COD charges, if applicable, are non-refundable either on exchange and returns.
Missing Items / Order Issues
Please record a clear unboxing video while opening your package. This helps us verify and resolve your request quickly. Claims raised without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Sale Orders

Exchange
An exchange for the order will incur a ₹100 exchange fee.
Exchange Eligibility
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Product Availability
All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue store credit.

All return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Sale & Promotional Offers
Products bought during Flash Sale, Clearance Sale, BOGO, B2G1, or at a 30%+ discount are not eligible for returns & exchanges.

Apparel Hygiene Standards
All apparel undergoes strict hygiene and quality checks. Items that fail to meet our QC standards will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Socks & Caps – Hygiene Restriction For hygiene and safety reasons, socks are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
Reverse Pickups – Apparels only
Serviceable Areas
If your location is covered by our courier partners, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
Non-Serviceable Areas
For locations where reverse pickup isn’t available, please self-ship the product via India Post.
Once your item clears the quality check, we will reimburse ₹70 towards your shipping cost.
Pickup Attempts
Our courier partner will make up to 3 pickup attempts within 24 - 48 hours of your return/exchange request. Kindly ensure availability to avoid delays.
