At Impetus, every accessory passes through the careful hands of designers, quality teams, packers so you receive something fresh and untouched. Once an accessory leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee the same hygiene if it returns. Since these products come in direct contact with skin, even a quick trial can compromise cleanliness.
To protect your safety and ensure every customer receives a truly new product, we do not accept returns or exchanges on accessories.
If an accessory comes in sizes, the size information is fully provided on the product page.
Customers are requested to thoroughly review all sizes and details before making a purchase.
Returns, Refunds, Exchanges
All accessories are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.
Wrong or Defective Products
In an unlikely case where the product delivered is incorrect or defective, we will be happy to assist you.
To process such claims, a clear unboxing video is mandatory within 2 days of delivery of the product. Requests raised without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
